Established in 2007, the City Garden Hotels Training Center was founded under the guiding principle of “Training for Service Excellence.” Since its inception, the Training Center has been committed to providing students with an advanced learning experience that combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on exposure to real-world hospitality operations.
Our program allows trainees to immerse themselves in actual hotel environments within the City Garden Hotels Group — including City Garden Suites Manila, City Garden Hotel Makati, City Garden Grand Hotel Makati, and our partner establishment, Ibarra’s Group of Restaurants. Through these placements, students gain a deeper appreciation of the value of on-the-job training (OJT) and its essential role in shaping future professionals in the hospitality industry.
